But that’s just the start! Here’s where I really step in to make sure everything runs perfectly:

+Create and finalize your wedding itinerary so everything flows smoothly.

+Visit the venue to plan the layout and setup for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
+Call all vendors two weeks before your wedding to confirm arrival/departure times and finalize the timeline + layout.

+Handle all details like vendor insurance, fire permits, and house rules for your venue.

+Attend your rehearsal to guide your wedding party and clarify their roles.

+Serve as the main point of contact for your wedding party, guests, and vendors throughout the day.

+Ensure vendors arrive on time and that the ceremony and reception areas are set up perfectly.

+Oversee the implementation of your layout, styling of rentals, linens, tables, and more.

+Confirm the proper arrangement of wedding decor—seating charts, table numbers, florals, candles, signage—everything will be just right.

+On the big day, I’ll be there for up to 12 hours of on-site management, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

+At the end of the night, I’ll collect your gifts and bring them to a safe spot so you don’t have to worry.

+If needed, I’ll even do a final walk-through with the venue manager to make sure everything’s left spotless.
